第二次來寶二團練,跑的比上次好多了,第一圈跑完,只作短暫休息喝水後就繼續跑第二圈,穩穩的跑完沒有再停下來休息伸展,時間雖然比上次慢了點,但至少全程跑完21k,畢竟前天才跑完郵局馬,別太累,有練到就可以了,呵呵…。
