前半還ㄍ一ㄥ得住 後半還是hold 不住 上上下下的起伏
還有秋老虎的發威
LD功課做不足 就只能踉蹌完賽
但是30K以前整體感覺還不錯 呼吸還調得順
也許慢慢可以回得來
