今天是跑線上的波士頓夜跑全馬 因另外也報了10/31臺北大佳河濱公園的一個第十屆開廣盃50K超馬 心想老骨頭就順此練一下耐力及毅力 哈哈 就醬體驗一下極限了~
今背了水袋 之前試用OK 結果今天給我出狀況 出水口好像有裂痕漏水 心想奇怪愈跑愈輕 沒水不行也 總共到二處去討水 一處是核二廠保二大隊 另一處是核二廠展示館加減補水 真是好氣又好笑 最後另外又陸續補了二瓶舒跑及礦泉水 完成今天的大舉 哈哈 有點累! 賽後評分: 線上全馬 順勢體驗一下未來的一場50K超馬 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 97~118 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 118~133 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 133~138 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 138~146 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 146~150 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為150 點此去設定最大心率 |
