這場高cp值的賽事(可以選擇不用任何紀念品的經濟型方案),雖然因為疫情的關係從五月改到十月,但是天氣依舊炎熱。
可能是中秋烤肉吃太多,也或許是昨晚酒還沒退,早上起跑時速度拉不上來,心跳也很高,前10k均速都維持在5:10 mins/km,雖然不吃力但也快不了。10k過後心跳降下來,配速才進到5分速內,前半馬大約1小時47分完成。
25k過後狀況也比較穩定,大約都維持在4:55 mins/km上下,36k進入故宮南院後氣溫不斷上升來到34、5度,雖然沒有掉速,但也拉不上去了,最後穩穩的進終點,3:30:41完賽。
開學的第一馬雖然不盡理想、也沒破pb,但可以維持不掉速的狀態跑出negative splits,也算是對連續四個月都破400k的跑量有點交代。
