赤足第8馬,檢視腹直肌及蓋邊傷勢復原情況,已好很多了!但體力卻大幅下滑,唉!到21k補給站前已餓得有點暈眩無力,用走的進站逗留5分多鐘香蕉一直吃,乳加巧克力請志工幫我撕開也是吃了好幾塊,感覺狀況改善了才出發,40k處情況又來了,不跑了走到補給站吃了3塊香蕉,但沒改善,應是沒吃糖,最後200米才跑了起來。跑馬有沒有認真練騙不了人,偷懶馬場就現演現形記。
