腳跟的問題依然存在,只好左腳不穿襪,小心翼翼地跑著。很久沒有比賽了,想知道全馬的距離可以跑多少,所以儘量hold住,但是過了全馬距離就不行了,尤其是最後5K跑得好掙扎 :(
