但是膝蓋應該在20k左右時候的山路有扭傷了
40K之後膝蓋完全不太能跑
最後30k只能慢慢走回來
隔天起床後膝蓋整個紅腫 悲劇~
高興的是72k完賽這次左腳阿基里斯沒有不舒服的感覺,看來是好的差不多了
