總總原因,新竹馬極有可能是我今年倒數第二場跑馬,也因此對於這場比賽有點懶懶的,不過不影響平日練跑,以後大概就是為維持體態、健康而跑,除非有合適時間,讓我有機會可以回馬場晃晃。
好好的跑,是這麼想,可是今天的天氣還是熱啊,在單車道看到的溫度已來到33度C!我真是瘋了,在幾乎沒遮蔭的路線跑著。前段尚有體力還可以撐著,後段就慘了,被太陽曬的有些暈,體力瞬間下滑,只能勉強撐著,不讓自己停下腳步跑著,完全是夏天模式的跑步。
前些日子還在想該怎麼適應酷暑下的跑步,看來也不用怎樣適應,遇到了,若想跑,就跑下去,一步一步的跑下去,跑到「終點」。今天午後的跑步,我就是抱持這樣的心情跑著。同時想著:「七八月的午跑,我是為何而跑?需要耐熱跑嗎?」這個嘛...純自虐,哈。自我挑戰身體極限....
