台北市EricTsai168 完賽獎牌跟賽後完賽禮 - 碗公一個 第一次12小時賽,賽前給自己訂下目標100K,還好順利完成。
50K上下停下來吃了一些東西,跟跑友LDS,還有緩走一圈。 事後檢討這裡不該休息哪麼久的,導致後來要突破100K變成有點壓力。緩走一小段+小跑應該比較合適。
70K 後其實都是意志力大考驗,但看到場上許多跑友還是在努力,深受感動還是用小碎步的方式繼續慢慢跑。每圈進起點都是補給一下,緩走約500m再開始跑,所幸雖然瀕臨抽筋,但還不到大爆發,順利完成100K。
