與每次跑馬後的練跑狀況一樣,總是會邊跑邊想著跑馬時的情景、心情,想著想著,心情總是特別好,畢竟又一次平安、順利完賽。
淋著雨、頂著風,碩大的馬路上只有我一名跑者,我享受孤獨,享受痛苦,享受跑步所帶來的一切外在、內在的刺激。我看著周遭,凝視著眼前即將跑過的道路,一步,一步的跑。簡簡單單,機械化,自然,反射性,跨出步伐跑著。
雨啊,風啊,感謝你們賜給我一次舒暢的慢跑,希望明天同一時間能再見的道你們。
