今天原本就預定要和信宏跑長一點的距離,所以跑了5年前跑過一次的路線,太久沒跑,怕距離不夠,所以在大佳河濱公園又多繞2k多。
星期日爬山後小腿痠到今天,雖然不影響跑步(那我幹嘛提),但身體還是有點疲勞感。感謝信宏幫我累積了20k,本周也許可以提前完成月跑120k,這樣下周如果大疫苗就可以放心休息了。
