今天跑得非常差,1.2星期沒跑,代價就是退回原點,不知為什麼最近跑不到10公里,心跳就很快了,所以就知道再跑沒多久了...3個人去跑拿了最後1名,輸給2個女生...哎!真的跑得蠻遜的,不過每個人對跑步的能力、意志力及目的本來就不同...只是也是期待自己能再多進步一些才行...只是碰到熱,自己就開始打退堂鼓,很容易放棄....當放棄成為一種習慣,也會變成一種生活的態度...加油...
