| 大亞馬拉松因疫情因素延期,今天終於開跑了,心中非常興奮,第一次能穿著湖內跑健康戰袍參戰,大亞路跑這路線要跑上二寮觀日亭308路線,山路上上下下也真的硬到啊~
真的有練就有沒練就沒有,隔了好久沒跑過全馬這場也是我今年的開學馬🐴,也讓我如願的以3小時47分50秒完賽,分組名次第五名上凸台
跑全馬關健在於策略與配速,薑還是老的辣🌶,中途還是被我敬重的前輩 邱天化 大哥及 團長李正裕 李總捏過,真的只有壘蹟沒有奇蹟
