| 完成高雄12小時賽
這次有達到預設目標,沒有再去睡覺補眠,休息時間也沒有逾時太多,一切都在滿意狀況下,惟獨遺憾的是最後3小時,左髋骨隱隱做痛,勉強還能跑,但心裡頭總會出現不要硬撐不要受傷的念頭,最終還是敵不過這些念頭,只能放慢速度跑跑走走的撐到時間終了,而那些因擾的疼痛也隨著時間終了而消除,也慶幸能無傷完賽,總結~為了這場12小時賽能達到預設目標,我只練習如何去習慣深夜跑步的瘦疲勞感,卻忘了加強肌力的訓練,終究導致因為疼痛而無法順暢的完跑~
