1.參加12小時超馬,挑戰半夜不睡覺,怒吃甜甜圈,因腳傷尚未痊癒,這場沒有預設目標,順順跑。
2.一開賽,以六分出頭速度順順跑,發現大家都衝好快,一直被超(後面還有十一個多小時,大家怎麼那麼衝?)看每圈排名,排九十幾(總共118人),沒關係,自己跑自己的,控制腳傷別發作就好。
3.這場設定每10圈進站休息補給,天氣涼涼的,加上場上氛圍良好,場邊很多親朋好友來加油,跑起來比預期順暢,穩穩地一圈圈吃下來。
4.跑到中途,腳傷有發作跡象,趕緊吃顆消炎藥,貼貼布,每次進站就拿冰塊冰敷,還好狀況有壓下來。
5.中途發現有機會達成受傷前目標(2隻馬),除了半夜後精神不濟想睡覺,其餘狀況都ok,依照原定目標(每10圈休息)順順跑,最後超出預期目標,且全程沒有停下來當步兵。
