今天還沒開始跑就覺得腳沒力,
果然起跑後完全使不上力.
而且,邊跑邊覺得地上有股蒸氣很悶熱...
大概是下雨完後的關係吧!
所以,速度很悲劇..
嘛,LSD的話就不用太CARE速度了.
唉~距離也沒拉出來....囧
A段是跑到安平古堡附近的7-11補給,再接B段跑運河旁在太陽下練習耐熱.
但全長也不過就是23.83KM而已.
明天讓腳好好的休息,或許真的是太疲累了.
