今天還是要訓練,不過天氣一冷,腳痛的狀況又出現,依然輕鬆完成,中間綁鞋帶花了一點時間,此時又想起最近學的enlightment(啟蒙運動)裡講究理性思考,就在學習當時的人思考,我思考的是情境跟本質)鞋帶鬆掉不一定會解開,緊的也不一定會完全緊,越想越起勁,還設想更多情境,跑得很愜意
