前面逆風很大,也不在意速度的跑,
另外離午餐才隔一小時多,跑起來會肚子痛.
所以前面的均速慢到剩8分速了,
跑完一半竟然花了快2小時
後半順風就開始順順的跑,速度拉到快6分半,
但跑起來腳還滿痛苦的,
最後跑完家開票都開了差不多了.. = ="
