這次是第三年跑全馬了,頭兩次大約也是跑到奧海城左右就大腿作抽筋,但今年比前兩年好,也是奧海城左右作抽筋,但轉了一下跑姿,抽筋的情況緩和了,以為可以完成不抽筋的全馬賽事,可惜出了西隧口的左灣斜路,偷懶一下,用行的行上斜路,誰不知停了,便跑不起了,並且又開始作抽筋,轉換步姿都幫不了手,最後的5K喺大部份時間都係行住咁返終點,時間亦係三年裏面最差,唯有下年嚟過! 賽前宣言: 希望能比上年進步! 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 112~136 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 136~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~159 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 159~168 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 168~173 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為173 點此去設定最大心率 |
