| 作夢也沒想過可以在雪地裡跑馬拉松,而且是超級馬拉松,更是極地超馬耶!光想到這裡就有滿滿的成就感,所以再寒冷的氣侯也想突破它。
賽前已知有當日氣侯寒冷甚至可能下雪,所以事前只準備注意身子的保暖,但實際在雪地裡跑馬才知道腳指的保暖更勝身子來的重要,因為跑鞋會被殘雪弄溼雙腳指會被凍僵,感覺非常不適,再說雪地的風光雖然明媚,但映在眼簾的一片雪景讓我非常想念青山綠水的山巒景色~所以當下我只跑了2趟~ 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~143 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 143~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~167 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 167~177 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 177~182 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為182 點此去設定最大心率 |
