因為賽前的練跑量不足,一再提醒自己要注意配速;前5K均速嘗試放在4"30,果然年節期間荒廢練跑,感到些許吃力但還可以應付;6K之後找到節奏,繼續用4"30前進;就這樣以 每5K作為判斷體能狀況,來到30K援中濕地的橋上,經過補給站之後,把均速降到4"33左右,看能不能跑完剩下的里程數,但過了35K之後掉到4"37,也不再勉強自己,只要順順的跑回終點就好!不料在過39K,左後大腿稍微抽筋,只能縮短步幅不能馬上停下來,否則抽筋的情況會更明顯,所幸跑了200M左右比較好轉,但也不敢跨大步前進,倒是想到練跑不足而笑了。
這次的配速是依據自身的實際狀況調整,不像早期剛跑馬時跑得又急又勉強;畢竟跑馬是讓自己快樂,成績只是參考、好玩的數據而已。
