我的第十六馬 2016 新北市萬金石馬拉松(2016/3/20)
今天配速計畫與上月底的東馬一樣都希望能以均速5:20完賽,運氣好可以破BP,應該是在回程逆風及35K後的幾個緩上坡有咬牙撐住,加上總距離(42.2)比東馬(42.9)少了一些,印象深刻從37K後,腦中不斷浮現B哥先前跑馬文裡寫的"當身體的痛苦持續增強時,代表終點也快到了",很開心在第16馬有機會跨入3:4X的門檻,繼續加油啦!
