| 進河濱後覺得右大腿快抽筋,降速跑。先以完賽為目標,30k後雙腿硬化,真的很難維持速度。鹽糖噴掉一個,35k抓一把鹽糖,吃了幾顆,感覺不會抽筋,只是也沒力加速,拖回終點。28k GPS飄走,沒可能那麼快。
結論:心肺還行,肌力不足
