| 聽說這一場很好跑,實際跑了才發現,並不如大家所說的,硬硬的…
前一晚11:00從中壢出發,來到美濃已經是清晨三點,車上也幾乎沒睡就上場了,原計劃12小時完成,但前50k已花了6小時,退而求其次,13小時好了,但後段的上上下下真的很煎熬,加上腳底板也開始痛了,又有點快抽筋的感覺,算了,還是14小時順利完賽就好吧!吃了顆止痛藥,感覺狀況好多了,一路刷了不下7、80個😁😁最後10k還能用6分速前進,總算在13小時內完賽,太棒了,給自己按個讚✌️
誰說路線並不親民,但不得不要為主辦單位的用心按讚,每隔2-5公里就有一個補給站,讓大家不至於渴到、餓到,沿路南部跑步社團的私補也是一大亮點,謝謝你們,讓跑友們能夠吃的飽飽的,更有力氣往前衝👏👏👏
最後要謝謝小英雄的專車接送,一上車就秒睡~自己開車的話,回程可能到不了家,太累了😅😅
