新北市忠欽 日本的海外馬,又是落湯雞馬!
怎麼會這樣,參加了5次日本的馬拉松,第二次雨從頭下到尾,會場又沒有足夠大的室內空間,讓所有選手在出發前或回終點後能稍為遮風避雨,取暖的地方,這是應該可以再改進一下。另外終點也應規劃空間讓跑者拍照留念的布設!
路線規劃著名景點大概都有經過,也許是這個原因,有好幾個折返點,也是挺累人的。
補給部分就照一般國際賽事,前半馬大概只提供水和運動飲料,唯一在18K有香蕉,半馬後有麵包及巧克力餅乾(雷神巧克力)等點心補給,回終點有醬油肉片湯跟海苔御飯團,這真的很需要,在只有6°的氣溫下,唯有熱湯能溫暖跑者的心(胃)! 賽後評分: 還OK 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 109~132 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 132~149 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 149~154 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 154~163 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 163~168 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為168 點此去設定最大心率 |
