37度的高溫真是熱到不行,加上最近都晚睡,體力下滑超快,開跑後5k,就已經有棄賽的念頭,但還是想把比賽完成,所以就開始跑走策略,走500m,跑500m,也不勉強,不行就走!
沒想到,屋漏偏逢連夜雨,一路上吃吃喝喝,肚子開始有點不舒服,跑到一半還想拉肚子,好險知道哪裡有廁所及衛生紙,否則就難看了!
最終還是完成了,但成績果然離預期很遠,生活作息及練習還是得規律點才是王道,否則目標很難達成!
賽前宣言: 練習跑道賽事,雖然報名費較高,但好像沒有不參加的理由,看能不能先達成3:30的目標。
