昨天看電視學了個"燃燒脂肪的跑法",今天來試試看,太久沒跑七分速以上,其實也挺累人的,應該有燃燒脂肪的效果吧!中途跑去美術館南邊龍水二路,欣賞那一區新蓋的幾棟大樓,外觀很氣派,不過感覺稍冷清了點。
