賽前最後一次長跑,硬是吞了三個能量膠,凸完30公里,心肺沒爆,但腳超沒力的,只能邊跑邊走了。不管如何,總是跑了一個30公里,週跑量有一個全馬,接下來就是希望不要受傷,六個半小時跑完初馬,呵呵
