今天本來想放假1天
但是想到昨天又吃吃喝喝了1整天
不出來跑跑,等一下飯店的早餐吃不下
只好出來輕鬆跑,順便完成昨天的目標
恆春滿州來回
沒有帶鞋子,還是只好繼續偷穿大兒子的鞋子出來跑
跑前打算跑5~6分速,前半段刻意不要跑起來,
剛開始約530/K,因為怕到了滿州跑不回來
到了滿州的-4折返之後,後半段還是有稍微跑得比較快
想說只要撐過爬坡就是下坡5K到飯店
最後終於好不容易死撐活撐跑回來了
