今天本來要測跑全馬的,有一年多沒跑過全馬了。想在今天測看看實力在哪,就用配速5:38分內破四的速度跑,平時練跑都半馬比較多結果跑到28k腳就有點累了,後來就跑31公里休息不跑了。以05:33結束練跑配速還不錯,但還是要多加油💪
