35k中長跑
原本是29k,但因為上週原訂的35k,
在日月潭只跑了29,索性前後週對調,
所以今天就跑35吧。
只是因為前一天的模擬賽跑了強度,
今天跑起來覺得累累的,
還好有丹尼一起跑,不然真的撐不太住。
今天比較特別的是,在跑21~24k時,
有一位跑友跑著我們跑,稍稍拉了一下速度,
把他拉爆了,但到了31~35k時他又跟了上來,
這時丹尼已下課,我自己稍微拉了速度,
33、34k時拉到4'30"內還沒甩掉,
到34.4k時剩2圈,想說不玩了,就把速度放掉了,
沒想到他老兄往前跑了200m左右就下課了........。
回家後,覺得自己很怪,為什麼不堅持一下,
再2圈就下課啦,撐一下很難嗎?
當時想放是因為心率超過了,但有差嗎?
真的要好好調整自己的心態,枉費練成這樣.........。
