3/8延到今天,終於有賽事了。沒睡好,咖啡因只帶兩包,看來不太夠。太久沒穿next,前幾k小腿下方很酸,應該要拉久一點。左腳底也沒完全好,中間k還是不舒服。博克多紅襪左後腳跟磨...下次得換RxL。153/522算是有達標了,也破pb,期待下次149...
