前一個禮拜種種因素沒辦法經常跑步,只好累積到週末再來一口氣跑半馬,國慶連假在高雄,就來跑個中央公園加愛河。六點多才起跑,原本以為很快就會變很熱,幸好天氣陰陰的,太陽一直沒出來,中間休息2次補充能量膠,就順利跑完均速6分速的21.1公里。
