下午有事請假,辦完後有空就去跑步,這2個禮拜太辛苦了,也沒睡好,今天剛跑個3km就覺得腿軟,身體狀況很差,勉強跑到島頭公園買罐可樂補血糖,並坐著休息一段時間再跑。
之後就放慢速度了,狀況差只能慢慢跑,回程再補一罐沙士,但還是累累的,尤其是最後3km感覺好像靈魂離體一樣,雙腳繼續往前,但精神已經恍惚了,第一次跑到這樣情況
