今天休假辦事情,處理完畢後把握時間跑步,雖然昨天跑了半馬,但因之前感冒休太久,所以今天還是跑長距離
跑到淡水再回來,可能是連2天半馬太辛苦,回程覺得狀況不好,一路上又遇到下雨,傍晚時分風又大又冷,幸好有穿外套,不然可能又感冒了
