上個月一連幾天的寒流+雨,害我福澤式都不知道練到第幾天了...乾,反正就中斷了。今天一開始用4分半下去跑然後23K時就爆了,這個時候鵬鵬剛好來到體育場,我把跑錶按了暫停跟他說今天狀況不佳不想跑了,肚子很餓先去吃東西。到了7-11吃了20顆水餃回來體育場接著跑,本來想跑30K就放棄,後來想想還是要有運動家精神,於是拖著老命還是把42K跑完。經過這次測驗,42K起跑要在4:50-5:00之間,不然20K後會爆掉,這次總結結束。
