台北市Sam Wang 初一跑拜年馬拿紀念跑衣囉!
今天想幫宣文配速,跑進四小時。
但20k後宣文腳有狀況,
只好下次再挑戰囉!
後面就開始跑跑走走玩賽啦!
可惜這次還是沒能幫宣文完成破四目標。
原以為今天天氣很好,很適合跑馬,
但後來的大太陽,居然意外的大!
無論如何,我們還是完成啦!
上周一意外壓傷腳姆趾,原以為沒希望跑了!
但還好傷口復原狀況還不錯,
所以今天還是來跑了啦!
成功拿到我夢寐以求的紀念跑衣,
