自主練跑,很久沒有練習一次跑一馬今天跑感不佳後面幾公里跑的很累尤其是吃了一包能量果膠後肚子邊跑邊痛(以後不要亂吃別人送的東西)補給時有按停秒,看來下星期北大8小時繞圈賽應該會很慘。
