| 今天在驚慌失措的過程中抵達會場原本約好錸德與新竹路跑社一起包遊缆車早上3點共乘出發結果我自己把手機鬧鐘誤設至下午二點起床而且手機又設定半夜12點自動關機害要連絡我也無法連繫真是太抱歉了所以睡過頭了到了3點半驚醒馬上就打電話給源金社長他表示時間應該是充裕自行開車還來得及此時立刻整理了衣物馬上開車前往到達目的地時大約5點還是来的及在5:30分出發真是驚慌,跑步的時候一直在想怎可能會出現這麼大的烏龍,今天跑的也不是很順速度一直跑不起來可能下雨濕氣重,多少應該也有受到驚慌的影響。 賽後評分: 補給站比去年少,回程被擋下來等紅綠燈及最後的路線太擠了 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~137 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 137~154 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 154~160 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 160~169 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 169~174 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為174 點此去設定最大心率 |
