中秋回老家一定要跑石門水庫的吧!就算目前上坡失憶症中,還是要來自討苦吃,抱著一絲絲的希望跑坡跑多了就會恢復了。結果事實證明這麼錯綜複雜身心互相影響的狀況不是硬ㄍㄧㄥ過去就能克服的,跑不動的還是跑不動,而且發現溪洲公園上大壩那段上坡根本就不適合像我這種等級的人跑步,全程10-15%連發,以後還是乖乖跑發電廠那一邊。
