早上集合時稍微遲到一下 所以趁毓桓凱倫再繞2km時就先整裝暖身 等他們回來隨即一起出發 整趟就按感覺順順跑 除了中途與凱倫去運動公園上廁所之外 其他都還好 回到清水閘門時有吃米粉羹補給一下 最後幾k雖然有點吃力 不過還是給它忍耐跑回去
