慘烈一役!
原本期待下過雨後清新的空氣和稍降的溫度,可以讓跑步過程輕鬆一點,但是完全不是這麼一回事。
等在起跑區老天說太熱了,下起了很大的雨,每個人從上到下全濕透了,涼是涼了。全身重量估計增加1公斤,賽前期待能在4小時之內完賽,起跑也照著配速度在跑,沒想到約莫10K左右就快hold不住了,幸好補給很棒沒有斷水斷糧,但是濕熱環境下跑起來,體力衰竭比想像中還快,袴下因為濕褲子的磨擦,燒得很嚴重,幾度幾欲停下降溫,這情況從10K以後就一直困擾著我到結束。
20K時放棄了四小時的大夢,進了王大哥的休息站,西瓜吃到撐,才心滿意足地離開,想照著180bpm步頻去跑,然而衰竭的體能已經跟不上這步頻了,這表示步頻還是要常練。跟不上就隨意跑吧!
25-26K勇腳社補給站,喝了三杯可樂,撐到不行,這時已沒什麼鬥志了,高溫高濕燒檔右後膝痛......還有沒乾過的鞋襪,在29K想換上帶來的襪子,脫了舊襪才知新襪也是濕的,啊!無言。
回到32K西瓜補給站,又猛嗑西瓜,這下吃更多了,往前跑剛好和半馬匯流,努力跑2-3K終在右後膝抗議之下慢了下來,最後的幾K都在拖著腳步中移動回到終點,而這幾K有如漫漫長夜,看到圓山時剩約3K,但是這3K有如到月球般有夠遠。
我想大部份跑友都有這種感覺吧!
賽前宣言: 星光夏月夜,晚風輕拂,也是跑馬好時機。
