| 基隆外木山馬拉松,跑過的馬中,感覺最硬的一場賽事,坡度不是最硬,關鍵應該是天氣吧,烈日灼身,跑入山,差點直接"出山",後段聽說關門延為7小時,最後5公里,就慢慢走回終點了(其實也是跑不動啦),回家有中暑的感覺,直到剛剛小睡一下,才恢復,第一次跑到有害怕跑馬拉松的感覺,心想,不要再報名,增加賽事了....感謝Gordan兄載我一程,Cat Lai,提供冰涼波蜜,還要我可以直接喝,果然豪邁!另一位不知名跑友,後段腳有狀況,跟我一路互相扶持勉勵,最後都平安完賽! 賽前宣言: 順利完賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 109~133 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 133~150 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 150~155 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 155~164 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 164~169 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為169 點此去設定最大心率 |
