今天難得跟聖欣師父在嘉義約跑步,但是昨天爬山今天大腿還蠻痠的,所以跑蘭潭好漢坡的時候一半我就放棄了,直接走路。今天休息就故意不停錶,怕有時候按了暫停忘記繼續。順便帶師父跑後花園路線,爬山完跑這條路線真的還頗硬的,下坡也不敢開。還巧遇麥斯和傑神cool
