算是睽違7年後第一次花錢報名賽事,2022有個雲豹那個算是免費參加的馬拉松賽,所以不列入。原本是想跟濕兄慢慢玩,不過後來濕兄說要跟美女配速列車。我覺得可能玩太久了,所以後來就決定分道揚鑣。
因為平常都沒有在練什麼菜單和速度,所以就只是堆跑量的軟爛跑法。所以這次賽事也是想說跟著身體的感覺跑就好。所以就順順用自己的頻率跑
賽後評分: 少一顆星是因為里程牌沒有每公里標,不過因為都噴在地上,所以看到手錶叫的時候還可以對照一下。
