| 今天用比較冒險的跑法。前21公里用跑半馬的配速來跑,大約就是5'50"-6'10"之間。本來計畫是21-42K用7'00",後來想想,反正一定會抽筋,不如就繼續這樣接近六分速來跑,跑多少算多少,開始抽筋了後面再開始走跑走跑。

結果萬萬沒想到,31公里之後開始感覺抽筋,停下開始用走的之後,回不去了...嘗試跑一小段都不行,從34公里開始整整走了七公里多的路,最後一公里才勉強拖著半抽筋的腳跑一段回來。
