| 從去年跑完100K後再也沒有比賽超馬直到今天再來完成一次不過只跑54K(因連續參賽也要稍微控制一下),今天起跑後就跑在前面總排10人小組折返時總6過宇老下坡後變總7心想就一路悠悠哉悠哉的回到終點也不想刻意加速因為右大腿四頭肌明顯酸痛,莫約到了52k左右突然殺出兩位只好再加一點速度不要讓他們輾過去就這樣的結束比賽。終於可以好好休息一下了! 賽後評分: 進終點的晶片感應位置建議不要在舞台後 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~137 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 137~154 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 154~160 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 160~169 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 169~174 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為174 點此去設定最大心率 |
