1.原本預定早上晨跑,結果4:30起床吃完八寶粥後就回去繼續睡XDD。
2.下午跑有夏天的FU,水袋裝1L還喝不夠,進小7補水去。
3.昨天經過天空之橋和微熱山丘都塞車,今天跑步也一樣,邊跑還要邊閃汽機車、行人和攤販,有夠難跑。
4.探訪新路線,回程從百果山的湖水巷下,夠陡,列入練跑新路線。
5.山路訓鞋,還不錯,肌力撐的住,直上全馬就算是山路應該也沒問題。
