原本打算預計4.5小時回來,看狀況做速度調配跑,一開跑就因熱情加油團慢慢龜速跑出去,真是熱情田中馬拉松。
跑到半馬在修正5小時回來,因為第二個坡我還是努力跑上去耗掉太多體力,在加上跑2K就流失太多汗今日是苦戰,到折返點已近2小時45分,到29K就左腳小腿有抽筋感邊跑邊拉筋,到近36K兩腳都有快抽筋感,到40K熱情民眾加油兩腿當下大小腿快抽筋硬撐完到旁邊去拉筋。
