=> 本來想跑 Strength 10km 一趟,可是跑了 4km 後就覺得狀況不好,於是只跑 8km... 又想到接下來會下雨下好幾天不能跑,就乾脆跑個 Long run 混合 Strength2.4km 2趟,最後一共跑了 26km,跑完感覺還算OK~
ps: #Garmin935 跑操場時會變快樂錶,距離會變多,所以手錶的平均配速看看就好,實際上沒那麼快 >”<…
